  Very friendly traditional church. The Lord has worked greatly in my life through the preaching and teaching at Hope.

  There is a lot going on concerning pretribulation rapture . No one heard of it til 1830. When the made the Scofield Reference Bible . Mr Schofield was a flunky attorney who left his wife and 2 children and became a DD . He then wrote the Schofield reference Bible that became popular in seminaries with all the young preacher boys. No tribulation no suffering. Cool. Evolution got popular around this time also .Evolution meant no God , no commandments to follow.
  As I see it the collapse of the dollar will bring on the Great Tribulation. I think it has just started. Anthony Patch on You tube says using " blue beam" a hologram , the powers that be are going to fake the return of Jesus Christ. A hologram gram of Jesus will appear Iin the clouds . Then the antichrist will showshow up the next day .. Even if this sounds science fiction remember Jesus does not return 9 23 2017 . That date is also the day the remnant church is born. 95 percent of Pastors are ignoring Revelations when new things are revealed daily . Pastor Paul Begley on YouTube gives daily up dates . Did you know most the whales in the ocean are now dead. Fukashema nuclear plant went into Pacific Ocean in 2011. 400 radio active rods went iinto the ocean and all the animals are dying from radiation exposure. In 15 years our planet will look like mars. all dead BUT I KNOW JESUS WILL RETURN SOON. It is said Jesus can return any moment . This is false because the prophecy written pretribulation and Tribulation time must be fullfilled . Then Jesus returns as in Thessalonians 4 . At no place in Matthews 24 does Jesus say pretribulation rapture Matthew 24 9 10. "Then they will deliver you to Tribulation and will kill you and you will be hated by all nations because of my name Luke 12 17. But before all these things they will lay there hands on you and will persecute you
  Mark 13 9 13 but be on your guard for they will deliver you to courts and you will be flogged
  
  Hebrews 9 28. So Christ also having been offered once to bear the sins of many will appear a second time for salvation without reference to sin to those who eagerly await Him. None of these verses say anything about a secret rapture which the pre Tribulation people claim is a third return of Christ. Jesus only came to earth as son of God /son of man first time 2nd time to rule the nations with an iron rod .

  Wonderful place to feel like you are home. People who love the Lord Jesus with all their heart. A place to learn about God, and about His Word. True Bible teaching. Singing hymns with enthusiasm that reaches to the soul. Full orchestra and choir. Talented instrumental music all for God's glory. People try to go out of their way to make you feel welcome. A very giving and caring church. A church who cares for families, young people, kids, infants, here in Toledo and making a difference all around the world.

  My wife and I attended for the first time today,3-19-17. After entering the sanctuary and sitting down,we were greeted in a friendly manner and made to feel at home.We enjoyed the atmosphere and the choir was excellent.The sermon was also very good,but a bit long at one hour--at least for me.The songs from the hymnals were a nice treat,considering how many churches are going so contemporary.True biblical doctrine was preached with an emphasis on Jesus our Lord. Praise God!
