  My infant cousin just passed April 2nd, 2017. During this time my aunt made cremation arrangements through Blanchard Funeral Home. In this process, the funeral home did not pick up the body for cremation as scheduled. They were extremely rude and insensitive to my aunt, whom just lost her grandchild. The "funeral home director" was the man that handled this case. After his mistakes he informed my family to "just take him somewhere else." Extremely unprofessional, especially to people that are hurting deeply. Shame on you.
